Getting started
Your first visit
Open the staff schedule and verify your personal email using an available sign-in method. Enter your full name, discipline, and employment type. A manager must approve your account before you can view the team calendar or sign up.
Use the name your scheduling manager knows you by. Encompass Health email addresses are not accepted for sign-in.
For staff scheduling
Use this tool for work dates and staffing. Keep patient information and medical details out of the site.

Contact your scheduling manager through your facility’s usual channel. Approved staff can also report a technical problem from Help in the scheduler.
