My Therapy Shifts
Terms of use
A few rules for keeping the staff schedule useful and clear.
Last updated September 30, 2026
Use your own approved account
The scheduler is for staff authorized by their scheduling manager. Sign in with your own personal email and use an accurate name, discipline, and employment type. A manager must approve access. Do not share sign-in codes, use another person’s account, or try to bypass access controls.
Keep information appropriate for scheduling
Use the site for work dates, hours, staffing coverage, and scheduling changes. Do not enter patient information, medical records, passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. This also applies to comments, screenshots, and AI messages.
Review the saved schedule
Check the dates, hours, discipline, and status before submitting a change. A pending request is not an approved shift or approved time off. Managers control access, approvals, coverage settings, and time-off entries. Existing scheduling rules and locked-date checks still apply.
An AI response is a draft. It does not save a shift, approve PTO, or override a scheduling rule. Review and confirm through the scheduler’s normal workflow.
Scheduling totals are planning information
Displayed hours and monthly requirements describe scheduled commitments. They do not verify attendance, determine payroll, or replace your facility’s staffing and timekeeping procedures. Coverage indicators help planning; managers remain responsible for decisions.
Confirm urgent changes directly
Email delivery and website availability can be delayed or interrupted. Use your facility’s usual process for call-outs, urgent changes, and questions about whether you should work. Do not rely on this site or an email notification as an emergency communication channel.
Report problems
Tell your scheduling manager about inaccurate records or access concerns. Approved staff can report technical problems through Help in the scheduler. Attach only the portion of a screenshot needed to show the issue, without patient information or credentials.
Information and updates
The privacy policy explains the information used by the service. These terms may be updated as the scheduler changes. For questions, contact your scheduling manager through your facility’s usual channel.
